You may have noticed that Nuts and Dolts looks a bit different now. The reason is simple. Over time, Nuts and Dolts has evolved and shaped its personality.
Before going further, a big thanks to the webdesign team at inMotion for your excellent and hard work giving Nuts and Dolts a whole new look! A special thanks to Erin, who has gone the extra mile to transform and update Nuts and Dolts for this all important election year.
When we were created, we were described as a blog. But there are many, many blogs out there. Nuts and Dolts is a bit different from the average blog.
We write about political news and provide analysis on the important issues. Our purpose was never about promoting a party’s agenda, though there is nothing wrong with blogs which do that. Rather, we believe in the importance of providing facts and our analysis of them. The rest really is your choice.
Another important distinction is while we will call out the Nuts and the Dolts, we will do so based on relevant facts. Sarah Jones, a great friend of ours, recently said people are tired of the rudeness and personal attacks. We share that sentiment, and we suspect that many more people feel the same way.

Nuts and Dolts is looking great and I so share the vision of political opinion based on facts and analysis and not gossip, spin and innuendo. I am so glad you are back!
